Indiana's Department of Workforce Development (DWD) is seeking licensed attorneys for full time and part time contractor employment to conduct unemployment insurance appeal hearings. The Administrative Law Judge works for Knowledge Services with the DWD and is responsible for holding unemployment insurance appeal hearings and issuing decisions based upon the hearings. These contract roles are expected to last 3+ months.

Applicants must be licensed in the state of Indiana, and this fully-remote position requires the use of a personal computer and phone system (cell phone is sufficient). Pay is $26 per hour, and a paid 7.5 day training is required. Attorneys need to be able to provide availability two weeks out for scheduling purposes.
