Masks Required at All Times in Marion County Courts - IndyBar News

The Marion Circuit and Superior Courts would like to remind practitioners and their clients of the following: By order of the Governor, Mayor, Executive Committee and Circuit Court Judge, masks are to be worn over the mouth and nose at all times and in all areas within the City-County Building. While most attorneys in our courts are adhering to the “mask mandate,” some are inclined to remove or lower their mask while speaking. This is not acceptable and not in accordance with the orders that are in place. Please also remind your clients of the mask order prior to appearing in court. We appreciate your continued cooperation in order to protect the health and safety of all who practice in our courts.
