  • Notice of Proposed Local Rule Amendment in Marion County - The judges of Marion County Courts have given notice of proposed amendments to the local court rule LR49-FR00-503 NOTICE OF SPECIAL DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS. Read more and submit comments here.
  • Marion County Courts Push Forward as we Set Our Sights on the Future - Since July 6, all courts have been open for walk-in and phone traffic, as well as in-person hearings. The Executive Committee has limited the in-person hearings to those that are necessary and essential: for example, bench trials, suppressions, guilty plea hearings, violation hearings and so forth.
