  • IndyBar Saddened to Note Passing of Past President Jim Dimos - Jim was a steadfast supporter of the IndyBar and legal profession and was most recently serving as the Deputy Executive Director of the American Bar Association. Information regarding services will be shared as soon as they are available.
  • Noticed of Proposed New Local Rule on Redocket Fees - The judge of Marion Circuit Court and the judges of the Marion Small Claims Courts have given notice of adding a new rule on Redocket Fees to the Marion County Local Small Claims Rules at LR49-SC11-708. The new rule will be effective on September 1, 2020. Read more and comment here.
