  • Latest Episode of Off the Record with James Bell Addresses Race, Power and Our Community - The death of George Floyd has sparked outrage across the country and brought the many issues surrounding systemic racism to the forefront. Our community is no exception. Difficult conversations are starting to happen, and amid the protests, anger and tears, many have questioned what they can do to help. In this special episode of Off the Record, host James Bell talks with two Indiana bar leaders, Michael Tolbert and Jimmie McMillian, who provide their perspective on the situation. Listen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Google Play. See more from Off the Record with James Bell here.
  • Marion Superior & Circuit Court Return to Operations Plan Now Available - The Marion Superior & Circuit Court Return to Operations Plan has been approved by the Indiana Supreme Court and is now available. • Volunteers Needed for IndyBar's Virtual Legal Advice Chat Program - We're looking for volunteers to answer legal questions from the public via our new online messaging system, Virtual Ask a Lawyer.
