The Indiana Supreme Court released sweeping changes to the Indiana Rule for Admission to the Bar and Discipline of Attorneys on November 3. The changes will become effective January 1, 2017.

Changes to the rule include increasing the time attorneys have to respond to commission demands for infomation from 20 to 30 days and requiring attorneys to report misdemeanor convictions.
