Volunteers are needed to conduct mock interviews with teen employees of TeenWorks at the 4th Annual Mock Interview Day on July 21. TeenWorks is a non-profit organization that provides a six-week summer employment and college readiness program and supportive services for teens throughout the school year. The organization is currently seeking professional volunteers to provide the teen employees with a realistic interview experience. During their summer program, staff will be working to prepare the teens on the following topics:

  • Resume Writing
  • Etiquette
  • Professionalism in an interview
  • Public Speaking
  • Leadership

TeenWorks is looking to you to put teen employees to the test by putting them through a mock interview! You will be provided with a framework of questions and a rubric to help give constructive feedback - you just need to show up! The day will start at 11:45 a.m. (at a location YOU select.) From noon to 2 p.m., you will have the opportunity to interview up to 4 teens and provide them with impactful feedback that they can take with them into their next job.

Can we count on you to be an interviewer? Click here to sign up!
Do you have any colleagues that may also be interested in serving as a mock interviewer? Send them the form!

Please complete the form by Thursday, July 14th if you are interested in serving with TeenWorks on July 21. If you have any questions, please email Landon Martin at, Programs Director for TeenWorks.
