The Sedona Conference recently published its Commentary on Rule 45 Subpoenas to Non-Parties, Second Edition. The Commentary is a project of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1), and it is an update to the 2008 edition. It provides pertinent updates based on amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and “significant case law development.”

I am a senior litigation paralegal at Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman PC and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the legal field and have worked in several areas of the law, including criminal, business, bankruptcy, corporate, elder law, estate planning, adoption, immigration, family law and, currently, health care litigation.

A variety of scholarships are available to attend the 2020 IndyBar Bench Bar Conference June 18-20, 2020 at the French Lick Springs Hotel in French Lick, Indiana. IndyBar's Bench Bar Conference is Indiana's premier event to bring lawyers, judges and paralegals together for a great time and top-notch CLE programming. Scholarships funded by the Indianapolis Bar Foundation will be awarded in addition to those awarded through IndyBar sections and divisions.
