April 25 Trivia Night: We hope you join us for an exciting evening led by our own quiz master, Adam Christensen. This will be at the Blind Owl Brewery, 5014 E. 62nd Street, beginning at 7 pm. Register here!
July 25 Lawyer Links Classic Golf Outing: Ned Mulligan and Mike McBride have another excellent function planned at the Country Club of Indianapolis, a great location with a remodeled Pete Dye design. This event is always a lot of fun, providing golfers with a great challenge and sponsors with an up close and personal opportunity to meet our members. Sign up your foursome here!
September 13 Evening Under the Stars Gala: Biz Walker has great plans and a new location for our Gala, which will be held the Silo Auto Club and Conservancy, 644 East Washington Street. This year will be less casual but even more fun. Please mark that on your calendar!
October 23 Day of Giving: This virtual fundraising event was started last year by Immediate Past President Rebecca Geyer, and it is one that we plan to enhance and expand. Lawyers in Central Indiana truly care about our community, and the Day of Giving allows us to express that concern directly. More information regarding this challenge will be coming your way soon.
The Indianapolis Bar Foundation’s mission is to enhance the lives of our members and improve our Central Indiana community. By holding these events, and seeking unrestricted donations, the IBF is able to provide an Impact Fund Grant of at least $35,000 to a worthy charity, as well as to donate to several philanthropic activities in our community. Many of these are events that help lawyers, such as the Bench Bar Conference, while others are community outreach programs, such as the Homeless Project and the always popular Ask a Lawyer Program.
