How do I collect on a debt owed to me from a vendor? I’m behind in my credit card payments, what do I do?  How do I secure a money judgment?  Many of these questions can be answered through a quick conversation with an attorney, but getting legal advice can be costly and difficult, especially during the pandemic.

I’m Adam Christensen, the incoming president of your Indianapolis Bar Foundation. You might remember me as a long-time trivia host, Evening Under the Stars emcee, or as a kind of Christopher Meloni to James Bell’s Ice-T in the Amateur Life Coach: Special Ethics Unit series. This special event will take place during the week of Thanksgiving in an effort to kick-start holiday shopping and get members into the holiday spirit.

IndyBar members and the community showed overwhelming support during the Indianapolis Bar Foundation’s third annual Day of Giving, which raised $36,475 from more than 250 donors. During such a challenging year, the foundation and its leadership is infinitely grateful for the generosity of the community, as well as the many hours of dedication by IBF volunteers and committee members to help spread the word about this important day.
