The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS) issued new guidance for nursing homes and clinical laboratories in the battle against COVID-19. Testing is now mandatory for nursing home staff and residents.
A related memo recommends that facilities test patients for antigens as another deterrent against the virus. More information can be found here.
