Are you a lawyer or paralegal who provides legal services to families with children/young adults who have chronic conditions, illnesses or disabilities; or with elderly patients who have, or need, a guardian? This FREE education event addresses issues that families may face when trying to make arrangements for their loved ones. The topics include: "Nuts and Bolts of a Special Needs Trust" and "The Guardianship Proceeding is Done, Now What?"
