This is an exceptionally rich international, cross-disciplinary examination of the civil (private) law implications of developments in Neuroscience. Speakers include physicians, researchers, lawyers and ethicists. The Symposium will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014, at the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.
Highlights include a keynote presented jointly by Oliver Goodenough (Vermont Law School) and Geoffrey Aguirre (Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania) and a lunchtime presentation by Robert Pascuzzi, Professor and Chairman, Department of Neurology, Indiana University School of Medicine.
