Two recent settlements of whistleblower lawsuits with drug companies over allegations of fraud will net a combined $1.06 million for the Indiana Medicaid program, Attorney General Greg Zoeller said. Those settlement amounts are in addition to the more than $25.1 million the Indiana Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit has recovered for government programs so far in 2015.
