On Thursday, December 10, the Government Practice Section will host Dram Shop Liability and Indiana's Lifeline Law from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The CLE also features a social immediately following. See below for more information:

Work and play collide at this CLE, where you’ll learn about some of the laws that affect alcohol distribution and consumption in Indiana and then tour Monarch Beverage facilities. During the program, Monarch Beverage Co. CEO Phillip Terry will discuss Indiana Dram Shop liability in light of Pierson v. Service America Corp., 9 N.E.3d 712 (Ind. Ct App. 2014) and also Indiana’s Lifeline Law. Following the conclusion of the CLE, attendees will be invited to stay for a complimentary tasting and tour of the Monarch Beverage facilities.
