Collaborative divorce is a growing area of family law, but it is still a new concept to many family law attorneys. On Tuesday, August 12, the Family Law Section will host "Is this Collaborative Thing Even Real?: Nuts, Bolts and Myths of Collaborative Divorce Practice". This CLE will help explore the non-litigation, "no court" divorce options involved in the collaborative process.
