Please join us for a case law update on recent family law cases from the fall 2013 and winter 2014 and hear the latest about the modest means mediation program. An update will also be provided on upcoming IndyBar Family Law Section events including forthcoming CLE programs on working with ancillary professionals, the Defense of Marriage Act, and transfers of retirement assets.

The open meeting will feature Commissioner Tiffany Vivo, Marion Superior Court; Mellisica Flippen, Family Resource Center; Janice Davidson, Domestic Relations Counseling Bureau; Darryn Duchon, Buck Berry Landau & Breuning; as well as members of the IndyBar Family Law Section's Executive Committee.
