A worldwide pandemic hits with no handbook on how to handle the multitude of parenting issues that come with it. Facing uncharted waters, family law practitioners have been tasked with advising clients on issues never seen before. This article explores many of those issues and how different states have been handling them. From the varying perspectives regarding travel during COVID to the hard reality of lost incomes for parents, delve into how many have worked to address these issues for their clients.
