Family Law Tip of the Week: New Forms, Transcript Requests

  1. Your membership at work for you: Our big forms project is finally coming to fruition! When complete, we’ll have over 70 family law forms for you to download, included with your membership. Please do not change the page breaks; we know exactly where to find the information we need. Repeated from a prior tip: ALWAYS proofread your client’s fin dec before filing. Make sure they (or your staff) have done the math correctly for the value of assets: value – debt = net value. Page 1 is weekly gross income; Page 2 is monthly expenses.
  2. Effective October 1, 2017, all Marion County transcript requests must be submitted online via this website. The Court Reporter will still contact you with an estimate, and set up payment arrangements, which will also be done through the website.
