In a society that does almost everything online, will we be resolving our legal disputes online as well? I found this very interesting article discussing the use of online dispute resolution in the court system in Family Lawyer Magazine fall 2019 edition. The focus of the article is on ODR and its use in family law but it also discusses how ODR is currently being used in civil cases. Check it out here.
