Family Law Section Proposed Recommendations for Child Support Guidelines

A subcommittee of the Family Law Section Executive Committee spent several hours going over the new child support guidelines proposals. The subcommittee, consisting of Robin Kelly, Michael Commons, John Owens and Richard Mann, submitted comments on the new proposals as well as addressed other areas in the guidelines. The changes were submitted to the Family Law Section Executive Committee and the Indianapolis Bar Association Board of Directors. These suggestions were approved and submitted to the Domestic Relations Committee of the Supreme Court before the deadline on August 11, 2015.
