On Oct. 14 the Indiana Court of Appeals, on the motion of Attorneys with Richard A. Mann PC in the case of Bruner v. Ross, remanded the same-sex divorce case to Marion Superior Court for further proceedings. This action set the stage for the granting of the first same-sex divorce in Indiana.
