Advanced Consumer Bankruptcy Roundtable (Three-Part Zoom Webinar)
Wed, June 17, 2020
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM ET
Don’t miss this opportunity to actively discuss complex consumer bankruptcy topics with some of Indiana’s brightest legal minds. Though the list of panelists and facilitators is distinguished in its own right, this seminar is known for the high-quality discussion added by the attorney attendees.
This year, we'll meet virtually on three different days from 2 to 4 p.m.: June 3, June 10 and June 17. Sign up through this page and you'll be registered for all three sessions. The Zoom link will be sent to registrants in the morning of each session date. While in-person attendance at the live programming is preferred and ideal, if you have a scheduling conflict with one of the dates, alternative arrangements can be made. Contact Julie Armstrong at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional details.
This program will focus on unique and timely topics identified by the chairs and panelists. Though specific issues will be raised, this isn’t a “canned presentation.” The day will evolve with the insight of the advanced practitioners gathered around the table. Plan now to be a part of it!
Proceeds from the program help fund the Neil E. Shook Scholarship of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation for law students interested in creditor’s rights.
Chaired by Chief Judge Robyn Moberly & Judge Jeffrey Graham, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Indiana
