Resistance comes with most change. Let’s face it, we all want to stay within our comfort zone and conduct business on cruise control. One of the most recent changes in the estate planning area is electronic will signing. This change was inevitable, and a task force of Indiana attorneys created a law that is acting as a model for the nation. The good thing about this change? If you don’t want to embrace technology and the way of life of the upcoming generations, then this law means nothing to you.
