A familiar face to many of us has been nominated by President Biden to the number two position at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Janet McCabe, a veteran of IDEM and U.S. EPA leadership, has been nominated for the Deputy Administrator position. She is currently director of the Environmental Resilience Institute at Indiana University and a professor of practice at the IU McKinney School of Law. We were lucky enough to hear from Professor McCabe at our recent end of the year seminar, so those who attended should consider themselves “in the know” about the priorities of the upcoming administration!

See the announcement here, and see Professor McCabe's biography here.
