Environmental attorneys, like the rest of the country, are curious what impact Donald Trump’s election will have on the country. Specifically, there is much speculation about what impact Trump’s election will have on environmental policy. Until he crafts actual policy, we can rely only on statements he made on the campaign trail as an indicator of how he will govern. A helpful summary of these statements can be found at OnTheIssues.Org, a non-partisan information gathering website, here. Needless to say, the change in administrations will likely have a large impact on environmental regulations. As always, the IndyBar’s Environmental Law Section will provide programming to help educate the bar on how to navigate these regulations.
