Environmental Law Section Update: Message from the Chair

Between the 70s and sun and then snow, we have been busy planning for our members. Please save the date for our April 27 CLE covering laboratory environmental forensics methods. A representative of Pace Analytical plans to discuss laboratory methods to help with scientifically supported evidence on liability and allocation in contamination cleanup cases. Registration information will soon be available here . Given the importance of defensible environmental data in general, we are also discussing a late summer or fall CLE involving a hands-on view of data quality considerations for all types of environmental analytical data.

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is celebrating 100 years! We are looking at ways to get our section members out to the track during the fabulous month of May for a CLE and some fun. Stay tuned and we will let you know as the details unfold.
