Indianapolis attorneys involved in air or environmental issues may be interested in a decision out of Washington D.C. this week. On Tuesday, June 2, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit rejected challenges to the US EPA’s powers regarding ozone pollution. The full opinion can be found here.  A local summary of the ruling can be found here.
