Environmental Law News

By Judge Mary L. Davidsen, Office of Environmental Adjudication

The Office of Environmental Adjudication (OEA) would like to convene a work group to discuss procedural efficiencies as to how we can better serve the parties to each case. From service methods to decision access, there are a lot of changes going on in other forums, and we’d all benefit from discussing what would help OEA serve you better.

After we launch, this group would meet about four times a year for about an hour at a time. The schedule would be flexible so that topics could be dealt with more intensely if needed. This group will benefit from the participation of practitioners or professional staff with different levels of experience and backgrounds.

If you are interested or have questions, please contact India Davidson, OEA’s legal assistant, at by March 23, 2015.
