Please join us on Friday, April 26 at noon at the IndyBar office for a CLE you won't find anywhere else: Unique Issues In Sex Crimes Cases. Former Hamilton County sex crimes prosecutor (and current defense attorney) Matt Kestian will provide a crash-course in the many unique issues you may encounter in a sex crimes case. He will guide you through the basics of various sex crimes offenses and defenses, child forensic interviews and sexual assault nurse examiners to trial, sentencing and sex offender registry issues. For those of you who are new to sex crimes cases, and for those who need a refresher, this a great opportunity to learn and sharpen your skills! Matt will share his knowledge, experience and perspective from working as both a prosecutor and defense attorney on the many challenging issues with sex crimes cases.
