The Marion County Prosecutor's Office is now offering a new Felony Diversion Program. Information on the program can be found here. Referrals can be made by completing this form and emailing it to Deputy Prosecutor Nakeina Cane.

The program capacity is 75 participants and will be hosted by Judge Helen Marchal in Criminal Court 15. Once a defendant is accepted, Nakeina will request transfer into Court 15. Please refer to the information guide for more details and contact Nakeina Cane with any questions.
