With the pandemic and the courts shutting down for a while, we have all gotten a break from using our trial skills. As with most things, trial skills fall into the “use ‘em or lose ‘em” category, and now that court is resuming, it’s the perfect time to review, refresh and ask questions.

Join the Criminal Justice Section and Family Law Section to brush up your evidence skills! This multi hour CLE on Sept. 25, 2020 will cover hearsay and other objections, laying the foundation for a variety of evidence, refreshing recollection and impeachment, and offers of proof. This interactive CLE will include breakout sessions at the end of the presentations to go over scenarios in groups to discuss how to enter a variety of evidence over objections. Sign up to attend the seminar here.

Do you have a burning question or a scenario you’d like to see included? Ask here!
