The judges of Marion County Courts have given notice of proposed local rule amendments that are now open for public comment. 

Click here for proposed amendments to LR49-TR79-223 Initial Request for Change of Judge, LR-TR-79-224 Appointment by Clerk, and LR49-TR79-225 Acceptance.

Click here for proposed amendments to LR49-TR3-200 Random Filing of Civil Cases. 

Comments for all proposed amendments can be submitted through noon on October 5, 2020. The amended rules will be effective on November 15, 2020.
