Earlier this week, the United States Supreme Court heard 85 minutes of arguments relating to a second major challenge to the Affordable Care Act. Were the Court to rule in favor of the petitioners, it would serve a debilitating blow to this signature piece of legislature. A decision can be expected later this year and will have a major impact on the universal healthcare law. More information can be found here.
