Stephen Wagner of Wagner Reese LLP recently published the blog post "Inmate Deaths in Indiana County Jails". In this post, Wagner states that there have been 10 deaths this year, with the highest count coming from Grant County with three. Of those three, one was the result from an asthma attack that Wagner says could have been prevented with proper care and supervision.
