Know someone who needs some basic legal guidance related to bankruptcy? Refer him or her to the IndyBar's Bankruptcy Help Line, which is available to assist members of the public twice each month. The Help Line can be accessed by calling 317-269-1910 between noon and 1 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.

Created in 2005,, this telephone-only service is focused solely on bankruptcy related issues. The program is sponsored by the Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Section and is made possible by a cy pres award from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. The helpline is staffed by members of the Commercial & Bankruptcy Law Section Executive Committee.
