The Health and Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions Act or HEROES Act is proposed legislation acting as a $3 trillion stimulus package in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and is intended to supplement the earlier CARES Act stimulus package. Although a potential boom for struggling Americans, the HEROES Act is a bane to creditor’s rights and debt collection. Read more.
