The Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure seeks public comment on the following proposed amendments to the Indiana Rules of Court.

Rules of Trial Procedure
The proposed amendment to Trial Rule 9.2 would clarify that section (A)(2) does not apply to mortgage foreclosures. See the proposed changes here. 

The proposed amendment to Trial Rule 32 would allow a party's deposition to be used in court proceedings for any purpose, regardless of the presence or absence of the person deposed. See the proposed changes to Trial Rule 32 here.

The court invites public comment on the proposed amendments until noon on Thursday, July 30, 2020.
