In response to COVID-19, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana has made changes to its operations. Those changes are described in the General Orders and Other Information and Meetings of Creditors Information, which can be found on the Court’s website here.

For questions or concerns not answered in these materials, please contact the Bankruptcy Clerk’s office at 317-229-3800. It is recommended that attorneys and their staff continually check the court’s website, including each judge’s website, to stay informed regarding the most current procedures.

Each judge has issued their own procedures for telephonic hearings. For information on each judge’s procedures, click on the link below and scroll down to the communications section of the page. If you have any other questions, please contact chambers staff in advance of your hearing.
