The Bankruptcy Judges recently adopted Order Guidelines, which provide comprehensive details on the format and content of orders submitted by attorneys for the Court’s consideration and use. These Guidelines have been posted on the Court’s website, under Publications and Links, and can also be found under the Attorney Information heading at Publications and Resources. Here is a link to the Guidelines: http://www.insb.uscourts.gov/Announcements/July/2015/Order-Guidelines.pdf

The Guidelines can also be found in the “Orders” section of the Procedures Manual. Avid readers of the Manual will note that the “Orders” chapter has been moved up, and now appears below “Claims.”
Questions about the applicability of the Guidelines to a particular order should be directed to the Courtroom Deputy or the chambers staff of the Judge assigned the case.
