and specialized expertise. Learn how to work together to make the In-House and Outside Counsel magic happen!

FBI Investigations
Speaker: James Watson, Federal Bureau of Investigation
What do you do when the phone rings and a client is panicking that the FBI is at the door? Regardless of your practice area, attorneys need to have a plan for when law enforcement arrives at your or your client’s office. SSA Watson will discuss recommendations on how to respond when your client is contacted by law enforcement. Using his background in cybercrime, SSA Watson will then provide tips on how attorneys can reduce their risk of being attacked and how attorneys can prepare their clients for responding to a
cyberattack. After this session, attorneys will better understand how to advise their clients, limit the disruption of an investigation, learn best practices for preserving evidence and responding to formal and informal inquiries, and have the necessary tools to protect their clients’ rights.

Alcohol Laws
Speaker: Steve Koers, Lewis & Wilkins LLP
Lewis & Wilkins Partner and Sun King Brewing Company Vice President and General Counsel Steve Koers will share the latest on Indiana alcohol laws. Stick around for a beer tasting immediately following this session!
