Protecting intellectual property in an increasingly globalized and technology dependent economy creates challenging legal concerns for almost every business. Almost every day, the news highlights how protecting intellectual property is an ongoing concern for business. Outside and in-house counsel must work together effectively to understand the business’ intellectual property, develop a protection strategy and educate partners and employees to implement and execute the protection plan.
