Apparently, even when it's not Thanksgiving week, consumers gorge on "apple" regularly. Apple Inc. hit a new market capitalization value record at $700 billion this week, which puts Apple at 1.7 times the capitalization of the second-biggest company, Exxon Mobil Corp.
