The Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure has posted four proposed rule amendments online for public comment. 

  1. Appellate Rules
    The proposed amendments to Appellate Rules 28, 29, 51, and Appendix A would update requirements for index of exhibits, appendix volumes, and transcript volumes. 
  2. Criminal Procedure Rules
    The proposed amendments to the Rules of Criminal Procedure would re-organize and update the rules. 
  3. Trial Rules
    The proposed amendment to Trial Rules 4.14 would add publication by website.  The proposed amendment to Trial Rule 5 would broaden notice delivery methods.
