Ellie K. Vilendrer, founder of Vilendrer Law, is a corporate and IP small firm attorney with offices in California and Minnesota. She is conducting a national survey on the correlation between client outcomes and various litigation variables in ADR. The goal for the research is to help disputants and attorneys obtain better litigation and settlement outcomes. Responses are anonymous  - even to Vilendrer Law. Individual responses will be kept confidential. Only aggregated results will be shared. Interested participants can take the survey here.
