On November 4, ADR Section Chair Jennifer Bays Beinart and Rob Shive presented fabulous CLEs on mediation and improving your negotiation skills at the 2016 IndyBar Survive & Thrive day-long CLE. Check the IndyBar website here for available video replays of programming as they become available.
For those of you still looking for year-end CLE/CMEs, there's a couple options out there for you:
- Our section's last program of the year will be a CLE/CME on December 7 covering the process of interviewing children involved in domestic relations litigation. Get more info about the program and register here.
- Also, be sure to join us at the IndyBar program on December 12, where we'll discuss new ADR and IPTG rules and mediating cases with domestic violence as they pertain to family law attorneys. You can register for the program here.
- IU Maurer School of Law will be presenting a 4 hour CME/CLE on December 19 on mediating cases involving domestic violence. The event will take place beginning at 1 p.m. in Bloomington. Please email Amy Applegate at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you might have, or email Katy Hunt at email@example.com to register in advance.
