Alternative Dispute Resolution News

To be honest, it sounds hokey to me. That said, in the realm of mediation, the ability to place litigants at ease in your space can be key to getting a resolution. From one mediator to another, I am always interested in taking the best ideas I can find from all sorts of fields to help make my practice successful.
