Bankruptcy Court Fees Increase Nov. 1
The changes with the greatest impact on the local bar will be the following:
Title 11 Administrative Fee Current Fee $39.00 New Fee $46.00
Amended Schedules Current Fee $26.00 New Fee $30.00
AP Filing Fee Current Fee $250.00 New Fee $293.00
Lift Stay Fee Current Fee $150.00 New Fee $176.00
Notice of Appeal Fee Current Fee $250.00 New Fee $293.00
In addition, the United States Trustee advises that the updated Census Bureau Median Family Income figures and IRS Bankruptcy Allowable Living Expenses become effective on November 1, 2011. This updated information is posted here.
