The United States Department of Health and Human Services recently issued a final rule implementing many of the HITECH Act modifications to the HIPAA Privacy, Security, Enforcement and Breach Notification Rules (“Omnibus Rule”). The panel will be moderated by a leading health care privacy and security private practitioner and will offer insights into the practical realities under the Omnibus Rule.
