MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES/FEE SCHEDULE

An attorney member shall pay dues computed from the year of admission to any bar based on this schedule. Check one of the following categories:

• Resident Member (Office in Marion County) For the calendar year first admitted to the bar of any state, territory or district of the United States.
  
  If this admission occurs after October 1,
       then the first calendar year thereafter - $50
       For the 2nd, 3rd and 4th calendar years thereafter - $95
       For the 5th, 6th and 7th calendar years thereafter - $125
       For the 8th and 9th calendar years thereafter - $195
       For the 10th and each calendar year thereafter - $225
  
  
• Non-Resident Member (No office in Marion County): For each calendar year thereafter - $95
• Judiciary (Presiding in Marion County) - $95
• Law Faculty (Full-time faculty member of any accredited educational institute in Indiana) - $95
• Government (Full-time employee of the government of Marion County, State of Indiana or the United States.) - $80
• Life Member (70 years of age and older): For each calendar year thereafter - $50

Associate Member dues are as follows:

• Sustaining Student Membership (good while you are enrolled in law school) - One time fee of $95. The Sustaining Membership is a one-time fee that makes you a student member while you are enrolled in law school and entitles you to the benefits of the basic membership, including an annual subscription to the Indiana Lawyer.
• Basic Student Membership - Annual Dues of $45. A basic student membership entitles you to all of the benefits of IBA membership.
• Bar Review Plus (Hold your seat in the IBA’s Bar Review Course at 2005 rate AND get an IBA sustaining membership.) - One-time fee of $120. Holds your seat in the IBA’s Indiana Multistate Bar Review Course at the 2005 rate plus provides an IBA Sustaining Membership, good for while you are enrolled in law school.

       For Indiana Paralegal Association Members - $55
       For Non-Members - $60
